Training on the Civil Construction Field
The partnership among Grumont Equipamentos and Senai-SP comes since 2001 by developing and improving training on civil constructions field. Since then, Grumont concerned with safety and security factors, and the shortcoming of professionals, requested the creation of these courses, that there wasn’t in the marketplace. Advanced Course for Crane Drivers, Qualification of signalman fastened of cargo, Crane Operation for Company Directors, Engineers and Technicians of Civil Construction.
During this period, Grumont graduated more than 1000 trainees, being these ones old workers for civil construction, that search for improvement and specialization, or people that migrates from another sectors that seen in this training the possibility to get inside in this field in a more professional way.
The methodology touch in these courses, is given through theory and practical classes, in a unique environment built exclusivity to these courses inside Grumont premises, classrooms and patio totally invested with the right equipments, tools and accessories to make the learning easy and perfect. In addition, making for these trainees, to be qualified on the rules and be effective for the law, making a safe and quality job.
Grumont besides given the opportunity for these courses, this gave the base for changes on NR18.14.24 – Cranes, to make adequate its use on the build site, and the creation of the book: “Cranes”, which the author of this book is the CEO of the company, Walter Antonio Scigliano.
